You will be leading our global team of Content Writers, which is on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.

An ideal Team Lead will nurture a passion for research, creative writing in the team. You will guide the team to always seek to provide an enriching response to queries, understanding that those responses will improve AI content.

This role is 100% onsite in **Mesa, Arizona** . Only local candidates will be considered - no exceptions.

Role Responsibilities

+ Experience managing new teams working in an office.

+ Focus, motivate and inspire team leads to drive performance in order to deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.

+ Be a point of contact for any client or internal escalations both internal and with client.

+ Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly reporting & trending

+ Carry our Root Cause Analysis as required

+ Seek to improve service delivery, through process gap analysis and ideation

+ Manage conflicting priorities within team/client

+ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.

Desired Skills & Experience

+ At least a High School Diploma or equivalent is required

+ Experienced in leading teams will be an advantage

+ Technologically savvy and happy to learn new technology products

+ Content Writing Knowledge

+ Interest in Generative-AI

+ Reporting skills preferred

+ Highly communicative, flexible, open-minded and with a consultative approach

+ Problem solver in nature, able to do so in ambiguity.

+ Happy to go the extra mile to find a solution to the clients' needs

+ Hands-on familiarity of G-Suite
