    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AV Support Technician with 3–5 years of experience to ensure the seamless operation of audio-visual systems during meetings and events. This individual will be responsible for setting up, testing, and troubleshooting AV equipment, including MS Teams integrations and microphone systems. A strong focus on customer service and the ability to assist non-technical users is essential.

     

    Job Type: 1-day assignment

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensure all AV systems are fully operational for meetings or events.

    + Perform system testing and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

    + Verify the functionality of microphones and related plug-ins.

    + Set up and confirm proper operation of AV equipment.

    + Follow setup instructions and connection requirements precisely.

    + Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure smooth coordination and support.

    Requirements

    + 3–5 years of experience in a similar AV support role.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and AV systems.

    + Hands-on experience setting up and handling AV equipment.

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Excellent customer service orientation.

    + Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
