    Description

    We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis combined with hands-on experience in technology environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define and deliver innovative, data-driven, and scalable solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements

    + Analyze business processes and identify areas for system improvements and automation

    + Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

    + Act as a liaison between stakeholders and developers to ensure clear communication and alignment

    + Support UAT testing, validate deliverables, and assist with change management

    + Conduct impact analysis for new requirements or changes to existing systems

    + Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions, including integration planning

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment

    + Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments

    + Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system integration

    + Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart

    + Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs, or SQL (not necessarily write code)

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

    + Experience working with developers, architects, and QA teams

    + Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

    + Exposure to ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Azure
