Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage the accounting department's daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger management, and payroll processing.
+ Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
+ Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets while ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
+ Lead the monthly and annual close processes, completing journal entries and reconciliations.
+ Coordinate and assist with external audits and tax filings.
+ Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a growth-oriented environment.
+ Collaborate cross-departmentally to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
+ Drive process improvements and efficiencies across all accounting functions.

Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
+ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance.
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
