In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing cutting-edge processes within an advanced SAP S/4HANA ERP environment.     As the SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA Analyst, here’s how you’ll make an impact:

    + Configure and support key financial processes in SAP FICO while maintaining a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA workstreams.

    + Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, optimizing system functionalities, and documenting scalable solutions.

    + Lead the design, testing, and implementation of financial solutions to advance business performance.

    + Build and maintain critical master data, such as General Ledger (GL) accounts, profit centers, and other key financial data values.

    + Improve user experiences by developing intuitive tools and robust enhancements that promote adoption.

    + Address urgent, complex issues while managing a variety of business-sensitive priorities.

    Requirements

    + A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or equivalent experience.

    + At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA and SAP FICO/SAP FI experience

    + Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster effective collaboration across teams.

    + A detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for real-time process improvement.

    + Adaptability and responsiveness to tackle evolving organizational priorities.
