    Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Wealth Advisor at a respected RIA in Marin County. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid schedule.

    In this key advisory role, you’ll manage high-net-worth client relationships, craft personalized financial strategies, and help shape the firm’s long-term success. The team places a strong emphasis on career growth, work-life balance, and professional development.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized financial planning and investment guidance.

    + Manage and grow a book of business through firm referrals and personal networking.

    + Develop and adjust comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management.

    + Support senior advisors in client acquisition and business development.

    + Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role.

    + CFP® certification required; Series 65 or equivalent preferred.

    + Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and regulatory compliance.

    + Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.

    + Strategic thinker with leadership and mentoring skills to support team success.
