    Description

    An enterprise-level procurement team is seeking a Procurement Integration Contractor to support the integration of newly acquired companies into its broader procurement ecosystem. This role focuses on evaluating supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and streamlining supply base transitions to ensure continuity and efficiency in operations.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review supplier needs with internal stakeholders and assess existing vendor capabilities.

    + Develop market testing strategies to determine supplier viability.

    + Conduct supplier diligence and risk assessments to inform contract decisions.

    + Lead full-cycle contracting processes, including negotiation and finalization.

    + Manage an active request portfolio, ensuring alignment with business unit timelines and leadership expectations.

    + Identify and assist in terminating redundant or underperforming supplier agreements.

    + Provide procurement guidance and training to internal teams throughout the integration process.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    + 15+ years of procurement and contract management experience.

    + Demonstrated experience with contract transitions from supplier- to buyer-side.

    + Strong understanding of legal principles, compliance, and risk in contracting.

    + Familiarity with multiple spend categories (hardware, software, telecom, etc.).

    + Background in Fortune 500 or large matrixed organizations.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume transactions.

    + Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management.
