    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Conducts pre-donation medical screening.

    + Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.

    + Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up.

    + Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.

    + Ensures all donor screening information is complete.

    + Ensures donor confidentiality.
