    Basic Job Functions:

    + Assist with processing vendor invoices and verifying accuracy against purchase orders and receipts.

    + Support the review and reconciliation of statements from vendors.

    + Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.

    + Participate in audits of payable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.

    + Communicate with vendors and internal teammates to resolve invoice discrepancies.

    + Assist with additional administrative or finance-related projects as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Junior or Senior year college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) preferred.

    + Interest in learning about financial operations within a manufacturing environment.
