We're looking for a dedicated **Environmental Services Team Lead** to join our team and help us maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our hospital is a place where everyone feels comfortable and safe.

What You'll Do:

+ **Lead the Way:** Step up and guide our Environmental Services team in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality work.

+ **Coordinate & Organize:** Help schedule tasks, coordinate shift changes, and assign work to team members, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.

+ **Hands-On Cleaning:** Roll up your sleeves and perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care, dusting, bed making, waste removal, and more.

+ **Maintain a Safe Environment:** Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect our patients and staff.

+ **Team Building & Motivation:** Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.

+ **Be a Problem Solver:** Address challenges and find solutions to ensure our environment is always clean and well-maintained.

+ **Be a Role Model:** Demonstrate our hospital's mission, vision, and values through courteous and professional behavior.

Qualifications

Bonus Points:

+ High School diploma or GED (preferred).

+ Previous experience in healthcare environmental services (a plus!).

Pay Range

$22.77 - $30.53 /hour
