    Lincoln Tech is seeking licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to join our team as part-time HVAC Technician Instructors. In this role, you will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals using our accredited training program. You will provide both theoretical and hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.     Key Responsibilities for HVAC Technician Instructors:

    + Teach HVAC Technologies classes, following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum

    + Conduct hands-on training sessions to enhance student skills in our fully equipped facility

    + Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism, and accountability

    + Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance

    + Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with industry standards

    + Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up-to-date training

    + Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes

    + Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC Technology

    Requirements for HVAC Technician Instructors:

    + Valid S1 or S2 HVAC Technician license (Or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

    + 3+ years' HVAC Technician experience

    + High school Diploma/GED

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment

    + Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals

    + Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential
