As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver complementary products to main product offerings, drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic global environment

You will work out of our Mason, OH, Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
