    Job Description

    Purpose within the Organization:

    The purpose of this position is to assist the Office of Field Experience team by entering data in xRM, Sharepoint, CRM and completing projects or tasks as assigned.

    Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

    + Data entry for necessary placement information.

    + Document storage in filebound

    + Sharepoint clearance process assistance.

    + Assist with administrative tasks such as transposing copy, organizing and faxing.

    + Organizing computer files.

    + Special projects as assigned.

    + Other duties as assigned in order to offer support to the Office of Field Experience.

    Equipment Used and Responsibility:

    + Computer

    + XRM

    + CRM

    + CampusVue

    + Sharepoint

    + MS Office

    Qualifications:

    + Available in Summer 2024 and potentially longer.

    + Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

    + Innately takes initiative, works interactively and cross vertically, is proactive vs. reactive.

    + Possesses a high level of verbal and written communication using proper business etiquette.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    + Ability to multi-task, efficiently prioritize assignments, and to cope with changing priorities.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    + Dependable and punctual.

    + Positive attitude.

    Experience/Education:

    Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:

     

    + Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.

    + Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.

    + Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

     

    You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

    + Work Environment: Office building on site. Work performed is primarily inside.

     

    Pay Rate: Minimum Wage

     

    Anticipated End Date: June 30, 2025
