A fast-growing retail company is seeking a **Real Estate Director** to lead its nationwide real estate strategy, including new site acquisitions, lease negotiations, portfolio management, subleasing, and tenant coordination. This role also oversees store renovation and remodeling projects that support expansion, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain brand consistency. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position ideal for a candidate with deep experience in retail real estate, construction project oversight, and asset management.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred)

+ 10+ years in commercial real estate and renovation oversight, with at least 5 years at a senior or director level

+ Proven success in retail real estate management and store renovation leadership

+ Strong negotiation and asset management skills

+ Familiarity with real estate and construction software (e.g., Yardi, Lucernex, Procore) is a plus

+ Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus

+ Travel required (25%–50%)

**Pay Details:** $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
