• Operator-Machine (Entry Level) Weekend Shift

    Job Title:** **Operator-Machine (Weekend Shift)

     

    Adecco is assisting a global leader in biomedical technology, in recruiting for **Operator-Machine** positions in **Deland, FL** . This is a **6-month temp-to-hire opportunity** with on-site weekend shifts and potential for long-term placement.

     

    You’ll be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packing products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate output and operational efficiency in a clean, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Follow work instructions, schematics, or verbal guidance to assemble and pack products

    + Perform routine production tasks, including machine operation and material handling

    + Record daily production output accurately

    + Comply with all EHS and quality policies and wear appropriate PPE

    + Collaborate with team leads, supervisors, and engineers to improve processes

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of manufacturing experience

    + Basic math and reading comprehension skills

    + Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

    + Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

    + Sound judgment and decision-making ability

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift

    + Steady manual dexterity for operating equipment

    + Must reside locally and be available for weekend shifts

    + May be asked to train during the week (please do not apply if you already work full-time weekdays)

    Shifts Available:

    + **Weekend A Shift:** Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    **Pay Details:** $18.20 per hour
