We are currently seeking a **VP/Senior Director of Revenue Cycle** for our behavioral health facilities in the Mesa, AZ area. Description:
The VP/Senior Director of Revenue Cycle is a key, executive role responsible for overseas operations of billing, coding, understanding and optimizing each stage of the utilization management, enrollment and eligibility departments. Must have inspirational leadership, ability to set up rules and regulations, as well as monitor and adhere to deadlines. You will work closely with other top leadership to improve growth and development changes to lead a successful team.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree; master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years working in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Minimum of 5 years leading revenue cycle management teams or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of ICD-10, Revenue codes and CPT codes, claims processing, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes
• Working knowledge of NextGen Electronic Health Record (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of ADHS/AHCCCS, RBHA, OBHL, CMS compliances and accounting.
• Submission of electronic CMS 1500 and UB claims (preferred but not required).
**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
