    Adecco is NOW HIRING: Hand Soldering Technicians – 1st Shift in Fort Collins!

     

    **Pay:** $18 per hour (plus shift differential for 2nd shift)

    **Schedule:** 1st shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

    **Duration:** Temp to Hire

    **Location:** Fort Collins, CO

     

    Are you a skilled hand soldering expert looking for a steady 1st or 2nd shift role? Do you have a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a drive to succeed? If so, we want you to join our team!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assemble, calibrate, and test instrumentation and cables

    + Track time, quality, and delivery metrics in the work area

    + Communicate effectively with the production manager, engineering, and materials team

    + Manage time and priorities to meet customer demands

    + Ensure all products meet high standards for Quality, Delivery, and Cost

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience using a soldering iron – this is a MUST!

    + A go-getter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

    + Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams

    + Strong time management and organizational skills

    + Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
