Material Handler - Loader/Unloader

Adecco is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Loader/Unloader in the Irondale, AL area. This is a one day assignment on Friday May 16th. The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from a warehouse onto a truck, ensuring proper handling, organization, and safety compliance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Load and unload goods from trucks using manual labor.
+ Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transportation.
+ Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
+ Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent workplace injuries.
+ Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate loading and unloading schedules.
+ Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance if required.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
+ Prior experience in a warehouse or loading/unloading role is preferred but not required.
+ Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
+ Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
