    Adecco is hiring immediately for Loss Prevention Associate jobs at Ross in Moreno Valley and Perris, CA. Loss Prevention Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a warehouse environment, with starting pay at $19.51-$21.51/hr., plus available overtime. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will proactively support a safety-first culture by enforcing and maintaining the company's established processes for facility safety, security, and accident prevention, conducting safety audits, monitoring for fire hazards, and urgently resolving safety matters affecting associate safety.

    Available Shifts:

    + 1st Shift hours: anywhere between 4:30 am – 1:30 pm

    + 2nd Shift hours: anywhere between 1:00 pm – 11:30 pm

    + 3rd Shift hours: anywhere between 8:00 pm – 10:30 am

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

    + Ability to effectively utilize and maintain access control systems, CCTV, and two-way radio communication

    + Complete understanding of Loss Prevention SOP manual and OSHA 1910 Guidelines

    + Ability to read, write and speak English

    + Ability to diffuse and resolve intensive conflict situations

    + Basic computer skills and data entry to include use of Microsoft Office products, RDM, Smart sheets, etc.

    + Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed

    **Pay Details:** $19.51 to $21.51 per hour
