A Patient Care Technician at Munson Healthcare provides clinical and /or administrative support in the Physician Office/Ambulatory setting.

What’s Required: Patient Care Technician

Experience/Education

+ High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred.

+ Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained.

What’s Required: Medical Assistant - Non-Credentialed

Experience/Education

+ Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program approved by Munson Healthcare OR 1-year relevant experience working in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support role.

+ Basic Life Support Certification preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.

+ Experience with EHR is preferred.
