Lead HVAC Service Technician – Martha's Vineyard, MA

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues

+ Perform regular maintenance (cleaning ducts, replacing filters, etc.)

+ Replace faulty components (motors, compressors, etc.)

+ Provide clear communication and excellent customer service

+ Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

+ Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

+ Electrical and mechanical skills

+ Problem-solving and attention to detail
