A leading retail organization is seeking a visionary **Head of IT & IS** to lead its enterprise-wide technology strategy. This executive-level role oversees both Information Technology and Information Systems, driving digital transformation, cloud innovation, cybersecurity, and AI integration to enhance both in-store and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in retail technology, enterprise infrastructure, and AI-driven business solutions, with a proven track record in managing complex IT ecosystems across multi-location environments.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)

+ 15+ years of IT/IS leadership experience with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, digital innovation, and cybersecurity

+ Retail industry experience is essential, including leadership of IT operations across multi-location retail and omnichannel environments

+ Bilingual in English and Mandarin required

+ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

**Pay Details:** $150,000.00 to $220,000.00 per year
