Summary of Role:The Senior Director, Digitization & Governance will lead the design, implementation, and enforcement of sales and fulfillment processes within GF’s commercial operations. This role ensures that systems and platforms are optimized to support scalability, efficiency, compliance, and data integrity. The leader will oversee system implementation, tool customization, process automation, and governance frameworks, ensuring seamless business execution. This role will enable a high-performing data analytics organization in supporting daily and long-term strategic operations. This position requires a strategic hands-on leader that builds effective working connections with leadership and cross-functional teams.Essential Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the deployment and maintenance of sales and analytics platforms, ensuring they remain functional, scalable, and reliable.

+ Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline sales fulfillment and revenue operations.

+ Enforce standardized processes across teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational excellence.

+ Develop and execute user training programs, ensuring teams are proficient in using new and updated tools.

+ Customize and configure sales, analytics, and fulfillment systems to meet business needs.

+ Continuously gather feedback from end-users to enhance system usability and functionality.

+ Ensure integration between CRM, ERP, and revenue management tools to enable a seamless data flow.

+ Lead the analysis of key sales and fulfillment processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and automation.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows and drive digital transformation.

+ Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance policies, and compliance frameworks.

+ Ensure data handling and storage meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements

+ Act as the gatekeeper for data integrity, ensuring consistency in reporting and decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:

+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

+ Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications:

+ Education – Bachelor’s in computer science, information technology, or related field; prefer Master of Business Administration

+ 15+ years of experience in sales operations, business process digitization, or IT governance, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, sales, or B2B technology industries.

+ Strong expertise in CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

+ Experience leading large-scale system implementations and process automation initiatives.

+ Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.

+ Proven ability to align business needs with technology solutions, driving digital transformation.

+ Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.

+ Travel - Up to 30%

+ Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Expected Salary Range

$178,500.00 - $325,000.00
