Position Summary:
We are seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of the company's Plumbing Division across the Western U.S. This role is ideal for a strategic and customer-driven sales leader who thrives on building strong dealer alignment, driving territory revenue growth, and exploring innovative routes to market. The more time you spend in front of customers, the more opportunity you’ll unlock.
This role involves approximately 60% travel, including frequent visits to independent reps, distributors and plumbing engineers. You’ll work closely with our executive team and collaborate with a high-performing, tight-knit national sales force that values strategy, trust, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement targeted growth strategies across the region.
+ Build and manage relationships with independent reps, plumbing dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
+ Identify emerging trends and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.
+ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
+ Drive new business development while supporting existing customer needs.
+ Provide routine feedback to our product, marketing, and operations teams to help shape future offerings.
+ Participate in planning and execution of promotions, rebate programs, and product rollouts.
+ Accurately forecast territory sales and develop quarterly performance plans.
+ Support special projects and regional initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience managing independent reps or a regional territory.
+ Previous experience selling commercial plumbing or foodservice-related products strongly preferred.
+ Comfortable in both virtual and in-person presentations.
+ Proven relationship-builder with strong negotiation and communication skills.
+ Self-motivated and able to manage priorities with minimal oversight.
