This position can be performed in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale, depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

This opportunity welcomes candidates that are excited to digitally transform the GTM landscape with bespoke, scalable, and resilient technical solutions across Dynamics, Anaplan, third party tooling, and Power Platforms.
The Senior Manager of SaaS GTM Systems and Tools owns the voice of the business for the GTM software development lifecycle, focused on all core Sales and Sales Operations processes (e.g., Forecasting, Territory Planning, and Workflow Automation). The Senior Manager will function as the gateway for engineering and technical delivery resources. Accordingly, qualified candidates will have a 3+ years of experience leading medium-sized program management / product management teams as well as the ability to manage through people managers. Qualified candidates will be expected to push the team’s vision, including refining the operating model and capability development.
Candidates must have direct experience operating in a fast-paced environment with dynamic business requirements. Ideally, candidates will have documented success in program and product management via past experiences. As the focal point for the voice of the business, strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as you will work to execute across organizational boundaries and involve technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., engineering and end-users). Successful individuals will possess an adaptable management style and be able to adjust as needed to meet staff and stakeholders where they are.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead, mentor, and manage program management resources
+ Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
+ Contribute to the roadmap for the LinkedIn Sales Solutions and LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LSS/LTS) organizations.
+ Lead teams through requirements elicitation through acceptance testing, and iteration
+ Deeply understand leading GTM tooling and technological solutions and their use-cases / applicability within LinkedIn (e.g., software vendors and solution patterns)
+ Refine/Transform core GTM processes to take advantage of leading technology (e.g., Artificial Intelligence)
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
+ Develop and maintain program delivery standards
+ Ensure solutions align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, enablement) to ensure timely and successful delivery
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology and enhancement-related requests for the Global Business Organization (LTS/LSS).
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Sales tools, Anaplan, Power Platforms, and related technologies
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields, OR equivalent experience
+ 10+ years of experience in either product management, program management, digital transformation, or business analysis in a Sales, Go-to-Market, or Sales Operations function
+ 3+ years of experience managing people managers
+ 2+ years of experience managing medium-sized (10+) teams
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree or Advanced Degree in related field
+ Experience creating and managing business requirements gathering process.
+ Experience in 1 or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, PowerFX, Python)
+ Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to senior stakeholders
+ Proven experience managing a large group of stakeholders and independently driving global projects
+ Strong problem-solving and project management skills
+ 5+ years of experience managing medium-sized (10+) technical delivery teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $237,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
