This role can be based in New York or San Francisco.
The Global Impact Marketing (GIM) team at LinkedIn leads marketing initiatives for multiple impact-focused teams across the business, including Social Impact, LinkedIn for Nonprofits, Economic Graph, Policy, and Sustainability. Our team is focused on growing and engaging the nonprofit community, supporting professionals overcoming barriers, and driving impactful conversations on the LinkedIn platform.
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager who will report to the Head of the Global Impact Marketing Team and support marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders. This role will support the Integrated Marketing Leads in the development and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns targeting LinkedIn’s nonprofit, workforce development, and professionals facing barriers across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role also supports nonprofit customer demand generation efforts, strategic event and experience initiatives, and team planning and operations.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends creative collaboration with operational execution. The ideal candidate will be deeply organized, passionate about social impact, have a background in multi-channel marketing, and is excited to work across teams and time zones to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Execution (70%)
+ Support the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns and special projects across multiple channels, including web, email, social, and paid media.
+ Own marketing operational processes such as preparing and submitting creative briefs via Wrike and Airtable, coordinating with agencies and internal teams, managing website production, producing presentation decks, proofreading and quality-checking creative assets, and drafting internal campaign updates.
+ Manage day-to-day logistics for always-on content across Social Impact, LinkedIn for Nonprofits, Economic Graph, and Sustainability.
+ Collaborate with the Sr. Events & Experiences Marketing Manager and Integrated Marketing Leads to support virtual and in-person events — including promotional planning, logistics, briefing materials, and live event execution.
+ Track campaign performance across channels (social, blog, web) and help optimize based on monthly metrics and quarterly competitive insights.
+ Partner with GPO teams to ensure accurate delivery of analytics, identify performance trends, and surface data-driven content and channel recommendations.
+ Oversee localization of marketing assets (websites, PDFs, emails, social posts) across multiple languages and regions.
Team Planning, Budgeting & Operations (30%)
+ Support quarterly planning and budgeting cycles with the Global Director of GIM, including coordinating stakeholder communications, organizing planning meetings, managing timelines, and aligning with GPO planning processes.
+ Ensure operational consistency across the team by preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes and action items, and coordinating updates for LT and cross-functional forums.
+ Manage vendor engagement and financial operations by submitting purchase orders and contracts, tracking campaign and team budgets, and flagging risks or changes in scope.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of experience in integrated or digital marketing roles
+ Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including agency management and content production
+ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects
+ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
+ Proactive self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
+ 2+ years using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience across marketing channels including web, social media, email, events, and paid media
+ Working knowledge of design and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
+ Highly adaptable and intellectually curious, with the ability to quickly learn and pivot
+ Track record of stakeholder management and collaboration
+ Experience working in mission-driven environments, with an understanding of nonprofit or social impact audiences
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $118,000-$151,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
