The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Product Manager to drive feed platform capabilities on Feed and across the broader Content Experience. This is a highly visible and impactful role that spans the entire LinkedIn ecosystem and is crucial for LinkedIn to accomplish its mission. This role is expected to deliver member and customer value across the company by setting the building blocks of the UX platform enabling partners to build on top of Feed with ease and speed and by creating the right tooling for debugging feed. The role requires a principled product thinker with strong UX skills who can design scalable systems that support many use cases and balance business and engagement tradeoffs through close collaboration with all LinkedIn LoBs (e.g. Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Consumer Product), while maintaining a cohesive Feed experience.
Responsibilities
+ **Platform:** Build and maintain the Feed platform to ensure partners can easily build onto it
+ **Integrations:** Support key partners within all LinkedIn LoBs to build user experiences that integrate naturally within the Feed ecosystem that are valuable, simple and intuitive
+ **Tooling:** Build the right tools to ensure a high-quality feed experience for every member, including debugging, auditing, and simulating the feed
+ Make data-driven and principles-based decisions on how best to solve member and customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
+ Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems and create value for customers
+ Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps
Basic Qualifications
+ BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
+ 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
+ MS degree in a technology-related field
+ 6+ years of experience in product management
+ Experience in consumer product and consumer monetization
+ Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
+ Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

_The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. _
