    Job Description

    Currently seeking a CNC Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in East Providence, RI.

     

    Responsibilities of CNC Operator

     

    -Set-up and operate CNC Lathe machines

     

    -Troubleshoot and design new CNC Lathe programs

     

    -Modify CNC programs as needed

     

    -Upload CNC programs into CNC machinist center

     

    -Set and adjust speeds and feeds

     

    -Provide support to tool room staff and machine operators where needed

     

    -Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    Responsibilities of CNC Operator:

    -Minimum 4 years multi-axis machining/ Lathe experience

     

    -Proficient using CNC conversational programming

     

    -Ability to work independently or in team setting

     

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills

     

    -Good time management skills with ability to meet deadlines

     

    -Ability to read, analyze, interpret technical data

     

    -Great attention to detail

     

    -Good Problem solving skills

     

    -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

    Hours: 8:00am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday

    Pay Rate: $20.00-$26.00/hour
