Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience managing new product introduction (NPI) with consumer electronic products (i.e. phones, tablets, computers, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

+ 5 years of experience in new product introduction program management, sourcing/supplier management, materials program management, operations program management role, or leadership role.

+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience in leading operational and programs with the ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.

+ Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally.

+ Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Drive execution at all levels of operations leadership internally and externally, including establishing delivery requirements and performance metrics.

+ Own operations execution internally and with agreement manufacturing partners, make appropriate trade-offs to ensure program deliverables are met.

+ Ensure projects are well organized and delivering on desired goals.

+ Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences; lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy.

+ Develop insightful recommendations on direction and specific project opportunities that can move the needle.
