The Transfer Agent (TA) Modernization is an enterprise-level program to modernize the platform and capabilities currently supported by VAST and FAS service platforms, retiring the legacy platform and improving the U.S. operating model for U.S Transfer Agency Operations. The TA Modernization program focuses on enhancing our recordkeeping for mutual fund transactions with a cutting-edge technology solution.
The TA Modernization initiative is bringing the best modern work practices to life. To do that, we are building out our Transformation Office and seeking a talented candidate to guide us through this change. We need an individual who embraces experimentation and has experience driving the adoption of change management practices, specifically in Finance.
Core Responsibilities
+ Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multiyear initiatives and programs. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback. Secures senior management buy-in across the department/division.
+ Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure business transformation and or change initiatives are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
+ Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
+ Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
+ Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
+ Develops measurement processes for change management success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models.
+ Builds and maintains productive working relationships with various project team members, consultants and stakeholders at both the executive and operational level.
+ Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
+ Minimum of five years related work experience. Three years of business transformation and or change management experience.
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
