    We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting business customers with a variety of Treasury Management online banking products, ensuring timely completion of service tickets, conducting data validations, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance the customer experience.

     

    This is an in-office position.

     

    Proposed Schedule (can change based on business need): Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm CDT (March - October) and 9am to 6pm CDT (November - February).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage the administration and setup of business customers in Treasury Management online products.

    + Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, adhering to SLAs (24 hours max).

    + Conduct monthly data validations and follow up on issues.

    + Review business client documentation for accuracy and compliance.

    + Provide expert troubleshooting support for a wide range of TM online services (e.g., Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers).

    + Assist with customer calls and collaborate with internal teams on fraud or technical issues.

    + Partner with supervisors to update processes and improve customer satisfaction.

    + Lead training initiatives and serve as backup for TM Operations Supervisor.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and implementation.

    + Assist Kotapay ACH operations and support TM product education across branches.

    + Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five years related experience preferably with a focus on Treasury Management or Online Banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Strong understanding of banking products and services, with expertise in Treasury Management preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

    + Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
