We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect with extensive experience in Enterprise and Solutions Architecture. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a small team of people, though the primary focus will be on influencing delivery teams to deliver highly performant and resilient architectures across all IT domains including customer facing websites, SAP, Order management systems and back office applications.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Influence and guide delivery teams and contractors to ensure alignment with architectural standards.

+ Provide leadership and mentorship to architects and other team members.

+ Identify Technical debt and develop mitigation plans

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

+ Establish an architecture review process and conduct architecture reviews that provide recommendations for improvements.

+ Adopt a business capability model, map existing systems and establish a future state architecture.

Qualifications

+ 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Architecture.

+ Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams.

+ Strong knowledge of Retail business systems and cloud-native architecture.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and influence others without direct authority.

+ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
