Job Title: Civil DesignerJob Description
We are seeking a full-time Civil Designer who will provide layouts based on documents, field measurements, and other data. The successful candidate will collaborate with civil engineers to complete construction documents by the deadline. Previous experience in designing civil projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
+ Create layouts using field measurements and provided documents.
+ Collaborate with civil engineers to ensure the timely completion of construction documents.
+ Design structural buildings using software tools.
+ Draft and design various civil structures.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Architecture, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, and AutoCAD.
+ Entry-level to expert-level experience with Revit.
+ Drafting and designing skills.
+ Structural design capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
The work environment includes cubicles, providing a space to work independently, but with access to other drafters for assistance when needed. Work attire is business casual or polos/jeans, and the position entails a 40-hour work week. You will have the independence to learn new things while partnering with engineers to tackle challenging projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
