Responsibilities:

•Create and design patterns using both computer-aided design (CAD) tools and traditional hand methods

•Fit, adjust, and refine patterns to meet precise specifications

•Collaborate closely with our CNC, bench, and production teams to ensure pattern quality and manufacturability

•Maintain high standards of accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•5-7+ years of experience in pattern making required

•Having a journeyman's card is a plus

•CAD software experience required, Solidworks preferred.

•Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

•Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

•Experience in aerospace or automotive pattern making is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
