• Architectural Drafter/Revit Technician

    Job Description: We are seeking a talented Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans for commercial projects. This role requires proficiency in drafting software and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for commercial facilities using drafting software.

    + Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.

    + Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

    + Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope.

    + Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.

    + Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

    Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

    + Previous experience in architectural drafting for commercial projects is preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
