Job Title: Field TechnicianJob Description
This role involves performing RF site installations, configuration setups, end-to-end system alignments, commissioning, line-sweeps, testing, and fault diagnosis during the implementation of operational Land Mobile Radio (LMR) networks (P25). You will work with PC-based programs, schematics, and system design packages and drawings. The position also entails radio programming, repairing, and installation of mobile and portable radios, antennas, and accessories, as well as performing unit swaps and associated tests in various vehicles. Additionally, you will be responsible for mounting, cabling, initial setup, and testing of site equipment, fault isolation, and replacement at the unit level.
Responsibilities
+ Complete test records, fault reports, and all other project-related documentation and forward to the installation supervisor.
+ Ensure safety practices are followed at all times and maintain company-owned equipment, ensuring it is kept in good repair.
+ Provide technical assistance to program teams, customers, and co-workers requiring telephone or on-site support.

Work Environment
This position is primarily on-site in Salt Lake City, with travel required to customer sites and facilities. The role offers exciting projects with a well-known communications company, and presents a long-term opportunity with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
