    We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Project Coordinator with a working understanding of building and construction materials. The role involves coordinating inventory analysis for construction trailers and creating effective Excel tracking processes to ensure the timely delivery and availability of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate inventory analysis of construction trailers.

    + Document and create tracking processes using Excel.

    + Ensure materials are available where needed by coordinating the team effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction, project coordination, and inventory control.

    + Working knowledge of construction or building materials.

    + At least 2 years of experience in inventory or logistics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.

    + Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

    + Strong organizational skills, motivation, and the ability to work independently.

    Work Environment

    The work involves building and supplying trailers to construction sites. The role demands effective coordination and communication to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
