Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented All-Cycle Medical Biller to manage all aspects of the billing cycle in our clinic. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle all aspects of the billing cycle, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.

+ Review and verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

+ Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies or claim denials.

+ Prepare and send out accurate patient statements.

+ Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure correct coding for services rendered.

+ Stay updated on current billing regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to patients with billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in a clinic setting.

+ Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

+ Strong understanding of insurance guidelines, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD coding.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Clinic environment /Very fast-paced. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
