• Low Voltage Technician

    Actalent (Milwaukee, WI)


    We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems in commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage technologies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including security, fire alarm, audio-visual, and communication systems.

    + Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed installation plans.

    + Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure successful project execution.

    + Perform routine inspections and testing of low voltage systems to ensure optimal performance.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems promptly.

    + Maintain organized records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.

    + Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience as a low voltage technician or in a related field.

    + Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and technologies.

    + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites.

    + Commitment to safety and quality.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
