    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills in documentation, testing, and design within a dynamic and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Research existing product designs to identify redundant components and optimize designs.

    + Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to find opportunities for component commonization.

    + Analyze and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

    + Conduct simulations to evaluate the feasibility of component substitutions.

    + Participate in design work under the guidance and training of level 3/4 engineers.

    + Maintain thorough documentation of designs, simulations, and testing processes.

    + Occasionally assist in testing components and systems with support from experienced team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    + General understanding of electrical fundamentals and systems.

    + Familiarity with basic electrical engineering principles.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Familiarity with simulation software and CAD tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with basic electrical testing and troubleshooting.

    + Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

    + Previous internship or project experience in electrical engineering.

    Work Environment

    The position is onsite, providing a structured environment that follows the standard JCI schedule, including PTO and holidays. This setting encourages growth and learning while working collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals. Dress code details and specific conditions will be provided upon hiring.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $47.00/hr.
