    Anatomic Pathology Lab Manager

    Job Description

    Oversee the daily operations of the dermatopathology lab, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of specimens.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage laboratory staff and maintain quality control.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    + Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.

    + Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

    + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

    + Train and mentor laboratory staff.

    + Prepare reports and maintain records.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in histology and pathology.

    + Experience in lab management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + HT or HTL Certification (ASCP).

    + Minimum of 3 years of lab management experience.

    + Degree required.

    Work Environment

    The work will be conducted in a laboratory setting. This position offers the exciting opportunity to manage a new and large laboratory that supports dermatologists across 43 states.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
