Job Title: Quality Control Calibration TechnicianJob Description
The Quality Control Calibration Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the calibration and quality tooling program. This includes ensuring that all quality tools used for product disposition during in-process and final release stages are calibrated, available, and accounted for, thereby supporting the on-time delivery of quality products. The role also involves assisting in quality assurance processes by performing inspections and quality assurance testing for material analysis, as well as in-process and finished products. You will be required to record and analyze data and complete the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with all specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain the calibration and quality tooling program.
+ Ensure all quality tools are calibrated, available, and accounted for during product disposition.
+ Support on-time delivery of quality products.
+ Assist in quality assurance processes.
+ Perform inspections and quality assurance testing for material analysis, in-process, and finished products.
+ Record and analyze data.
+ Complete required documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in calibration.
+ Proficiency in quality control.
+ Ability to use Excel for data analysis.
+ Strong mathematical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma.
+ Calibration experience preferred.
+ Ability to perform basic math and calculations using formulas.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both manufacturing and office settings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
