    Software Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Entry Level Software Engineer to join an automotive supplier in the Dublin, Ohio area. This role will be focused on software development for infotainment and navigation systems for a major Automotive OEM. Specifically, you will be involved in the development and testing of Infotainment software.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and test software applications for infotainment and navigation systems.

    + Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.

    + Utilize Android applications for software development tasks.

    + Engage in source code management using Git.

    + Contribute to application development processes and methodologies.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2 years of experience with Android Applications.

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

    + Proficiency in C++ programming.

    + Knowledge of infotainment systems and related software development.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with software application development.

    + Familiarity with source code management tools.

    Work Environment

    This role involves working in a small team environment with occasional visits to Honda facilities. The work setting is characterized by a positive atmosphere and the culture of a Japanese automotive environment. You will be part of a small, growing company that offers the potential for direct hire after 9 months.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $31.25/hr.
