    Job Description

    We are seeking an Architectural Drafter with over a year of experience in the Architecture or Structural industry. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, coupled with a strong desire to learn and excellent critical thinking skills. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with team members. Responsibilities include developing and implementing design and construction documents, sketches, and fabrication drawings.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage up to five projects concurrently and collaborate with team members.

    + Develop and implement design and construction documents, sketches, and fabrication drawings.

    + Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.

    + Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving for structural and architectural challenges.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience in drafting, construction documentation, and engineering.

    + Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a CAD specialization.

    + Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills.

    + Potential to grow into a Lead Designer or Senior Designer role.

    Work Environment

    This position requires onsite work five days a week in Burlington, MA. The role offers a standard training period of 1-2 years, during which candidates will be introduced to shielding design concepts and progressively manage more complex project types. The work environment supports professional growth, with opportunities to advance to leadership positions overseeing a team.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
