Job Description
The Collector I will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounts in a past due status for placement with third-party partners for additional collections activity. The role involves communicating with customers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders on account inquiries, providing reporting of key performance indicators regarding placements, reinstatements, and overall health of the portfolios, and managing and improving the current reinstatement process once customers have cured their accounts with one of our third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
+ Review and analyze accounts in a past due status for placement with third-party partners.
+ Communicate with customers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders on account inquiries.
+ Provide reporting of key performance indicators regarding placements, reinstatements, and overall health of the portfolios.
+ Manage and improve the current reinstatement process once customers have cured their accounts.
Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of experience in collections, credit, or analytical roles
Qualifications
+ Exposure to large corporate environments
+ Flexibility in schedule management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
