Job Summary: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the aviation industry and managing relationships with high-end and government clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
+ Support sales teams by processing orders, managing accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
+ Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
+ Build and maintain relationships with high-end and government customers, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality assurance.
+ Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to enhance service offerings.
+ Assist with logistics, travel arrangements, and operational planning as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in customer service, sales support, and administrative roles.
+ Familiarity with the aviation industry, preferably with exposure to high-end or government clients.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Proficiency in relevant business software and CRM tools.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
