Job Title: Client Services AssociateJob Description
The Client Services Associate will be responsible for key aspects that support the client-facing and operational functions of our wealth management group. This role involves supporting advisors and planners in managing client accounts, following up on action items, and delivering exemplary service to all clients and strategic partners. Early in the role, you will be expected to master our team’s process, prepare client deliverables, and interact with our primary custodians. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities for more involved client responsibilities.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for client calls.
+ Facilitate money transfers for clients.
+ Troubleshoot account inquiries for clients.
+ Maintain records in file share.
+ Handle client reporting, billing, and invoicing.
+ Collaborate with advisors and planners to complete deliverables for assigned clients.
+ Facilitate new client onboarding.
+ Complete client account requests and required paperwork.
+ Lead internal team processes.
+ Gather and send key tax reporting documents to clients and their CPAs.
+ Manage annual contributions to IRA accounts.
+ Oversee annual Required Minimum Distributions from IRA accounts.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Strong client relations skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
+ Series 65 license or equivalent licensing.
+ 1-2 years of experience at a financial services firm.

+ Proficient understanding of financial planning principles.
+ Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve issues while managing competing priorities.
+ Effective communication skills for building trust with clients and team members.
+ Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Interest or experience with trading and software platforms.
+ Aspirations to follow a financial advisor path.
Work Environment
This role requires working onsite five days a week with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. The workplace offers free parking and a professional setting conducive to growth and development. Benefits include full insurance coverage, cell phone work plan, 401k with a 3% match, unlimited PTO of 2-4 weeks, and CFP coverage by the firm. The position offers a growth track from CSA to Lead Planner to Financial Advisor.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
