Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
Performs general clerical office duties related to the sale, production, and shipment of Fabricated parts & Trackmaster medical grade treadmills. Duties include computer processing, keyboard entry, filing, and telephone communication.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the customer’s direct contact, providing the highest degree of customer service.
+ Coordinate the flow of sales orders from entry through to production, and ultimately, final shipment to customer.
+ Manage customer inquiries and quote generation, sales order administration by coordinating with production.
+ Coordinate all Trackmaster treadmill shipments both domestically and internationally.
+ Ensure the customer is the number one priority by keeping them informed and up to date on inquiries, orders, and order status.
+ Expedite internal activities as necessary to meet customer expectations.
+ Communicate unresolved customer problems to the manager immediately.
+ Retain existing customers through timely and thorough communications.
+ Accurately and timely administer RFQs, customer orders, and inquiries.
+ Maintain business systems and records up-to-date and accurately.
+ Facilitate product scheduling and material procurement through MRP by maintaining the order entry system timely.
+ Assist with the maintenance and administration of customer contract pricing.
+ Coordinate all Trackmaster treadmill shipments regarding freight quoting, scheduling, documentation preparation, and post-shipment follow-up, including domestic and international shipments.
+ Assist other departments in relation to external customers.
+ Follow and support all policies and procedures relating to our Quality Management System, including ISO MDSAP and ISO 9001 requirements.
+ Provide administration and support to satisfy customer and company requirements.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Essential Skills
+ Customer service experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
+ 1 year of manufacturing admin experience
+ 1 year of experience in order entry and logistics

+ 2+ years of sales administration experience
+ 2+ years of shipping logistics experience with an emphasis on international shipments preferred

+ Strong initiative and high motivation, capable of performing effectively with minimal supervision
+ High school diploma or GED (undergraduate degree desirable but not required)
Work Environment
This position is onsite in Newton, KS. The successful candidate will sit next to a full-time employee who is retiring at the end of the year. The company is growing and expanded in 2025 with a new building to add to the medical side of the business.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
