Seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective instructional materials and programs that enhance learning and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ability to leverage technology to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
+ Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
+ Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive content using various multimedia tools and technologies.
+ Project Management: Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
+ Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into the development process.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related role.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia editing software.
+ Knowledge: Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning theories, and assessment methodologies.
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
+ Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to instructional challenges.
+ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
