Description
The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the HR plant team assisting in roll out of company programs, processes, policies, guidelines and engagement activities to ensure the Plant is a great place to work. This position assists the Plant Leadership Team with recruitment, employee onboarding, training, engagement, compliance and recordkeeping, benefit administration and other people operation functions. We expect this individual to demonstrate unquestionable honesty and integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality. This individual should be kind and approachable and be comfortable going to/and spending time with employees within the plant

Additional Skills & Qualifications
HRCI or SHRM Certification: While not required, certification demonstrates a strong foundation in HR principles and a commitment to professional development. It supports credibility when advising leadership and handling complex HR matters. 5+ Years of HR or Recruiting Experience: Preferred for candidates who can independently manage full-cycle HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Benefits Administration Experience: Applied in coordinating open enrollment, educating employees on benefit options, and supporting wellness initiatives. Success in this area requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. Change Management Expertise: Useful in guiding the plant through organizational changes, process improvements, or cultural shifts. Candidates with this skill can coach leaders and maintain employee morale during transitions. Training Program Development: Ability to design and deliver internal training aligned with business goals. This includes compliance training, leadership development, and onboarding programs. Organizational Design and Succession Planning: Supports long-term workforce planning and ensures the plant is structured for efficiency and growth. Candidates with strategic HR planning experience will thrive in this area. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Certifications: HRCI or SHRM preferred. Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, ideally in manufacturing environments. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr.
